1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates (Flat Rate + Free Shipping Offer)

Shipping is currently available across Canada. We charge a flat rate based on location:

Ontario: $15 CAD
Rest of Canada: $20 CAD
FREE Shipping: On all orders over $100 CAD (before tax and discounts)

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart qualifies—no code needed.

4. Tracking Your Order

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, CozyBean is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses
Weather conditions or other unforeseen issues

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable)
